Pro Aero AM2 Aluminum Aircraft Landing Mats
The AM2 Aircraft Landing Mats – has been in operation since the 1940, it has gone through several redesigns over the past 80 years – the latest Pro Aero AM2PM Aircraft landing mats features the original interlocking system male/female interlocked by a 45 degree interlocking system – the overlocking flange side interlocking system has been modified with a side-fin connecting system way more advanced – less failure as been provided for the SATS installation by other suppliers.
The panels are still the original width 1.8m half panel & 3.6m full panel, with a narrower panel of 0.2m long versus the original 0.6m, the development is less bulk and easier for air & other transportation. The height remains at 37.8mm with a load factor of Mpa 310 and a PSI of 44, 961.7 with a 30 year anodized warrentee – the superior solution – manufactured from alloy 6082 with a T6 temper and a Ano Perimeter of 937.413 – the matting included an epoxy non-slip surface available in a multitude of colours versus other suppliers mainly supplying in a bottle green surface.
